The Spaces
The venue features two elegant private dining rooms, a stylish covered patio, and a dramatic main dining room with soaring vaulted ceilings and a striking open kitchen. Every space can be reserved for private events, available seven days a week.
The Red Room

The Red Room offers an opulent and intimate setting for private dining of up to 24 guests seated. Crystal chandeliers, antique mirrors, and faceted wall sconces define the space, setting the tone for the full Major Food Group experience — tailored to you and your guests.
The Blue Room

The Blue Room is the larger of our two signature spaces where private dining comes to life, conveying the feel of a full buyout with a more intimate footprint. This exclusive setting for up to 65 guests seated or 100 reception-style features its own entrance, bar, lounge area, and access to the covered outdoor Patio. The atmosphere has been meticulously designed for groups seeking a bespoke expression of the character, service, and impact of Carbone’s iconic dining experience.
